[LM_NET] Seeking a low cost SECURE listserve for modest size group? help

Our small group (approx. 100 ) is seeking a low cost SECURE listserv for our 
professional use.  Does anyone have a name of a group or product that would fit 
this request.  We have regretably found our messages out on the open Internet, 
eventhough one must be put on the list and must be accepted.
