ALA members –
 
Don’t forget to vote in ALA’s online election.  It’s essential that we take 
an active role in selecting leaders for our professional organizations.  You can 
still vote thru April 24.
 
I’d like to also mention that Vicky Schmarr is on the ballot as an ALA 
Councilor-at-Large candidate.  Vicky's a National Board certified high school 
librarian, who's a recent past president of the Ohio Educational Library Media 
Association.  She's been active in AASL Affiliate Assembly and on AASL 
Committees.  I know she'll conscientiously collaborate with Council 
representatives.  Vote for Vicky!
