[LM_NET] ADMIN: When to reply to all LM_NET (Daily Limit)

A reminder our members: please do NOT post to the entire group more than a
couple times a day. In an effort to keep a balance between being swamped
with messages to our members, and only using Target/Hits, we offer the
following.

LM_NET is not a newsgroup, where people reply to each other
routinely posting to the group. We ask that members respond mainly to
individuals in order to keep the flow of messages to a reasonable level.
Please check your list of recipients when replying to make sure LM_NET is
not included when you intend to reply to an individual.  Of course, there
are times when it is appropriate to post to the whole group.

>From our LM_NET Etiquette Statement: Never post a message to the
group which would not be of interest to thousands of people.

Thanks for your consideration in helping keep LM_NET "traffic" manageable
for our members.
