Saturday, March 28, 2009, is "Passport Day in the USA," when Regional
Passport Agencies and many local Passport Acceptance Facilities will be open
to inform the public about the upcoming changes to U.S. travel document
requirements and accept passport applications from U.S. citizens. For a
