[LM_NET] TAR: Interview Help!

Good morning LM_Netters!

After all your great suggestions for how to find a job in New Jersey, I have
an interview for next Thursday!

As such, I figured I would use your collective brains, to ask: what
questions should I ask the school? Are there things you'd wish you'd known?
Surprises that could've been avoided? Any suggestions would help, as well as
what would you ask the principal to seem knowledgeable and competent in your
field?

I mean I know the buzz words - literacy, curriculum, etc, but I would
especially like to know any New Jersey specific programs, as well as any new
buzz words that I should throw in. So far this is my only offer, so I need
to make it good =)
