I received a Kindle for Mother's Day and I absolutely love it! You do not have to
connect to a computer to receive downloads it is done via Sprint free and
wirelessly and is included in the purchase price. there is a new one just out but I
opted out of that one due to the size (almost as big as a piece of notebook
paper...I just don't carry a purse that big. We bought it from Amazon directly. The
Sony one does not have access to as many books.
