You can use either the big blank index cards or the smaller ones. I used the big
ones. They also come in colors. I used them when I taught kindergarten. I had
the children decorate the back of the cards at the beginning of the school year and
I dated them. Then, throughout the school year, I randomly drew one and mailed it!
It was a big hit! That was when I had 44 kindergartners. It is very inexpensive.

Subject: update: Where to get postcards inexpensive & appropriate?

Many of you asked me how many I would need. I would need about 200. I
would send them home with students this summer to write me about summer
reading over the summer. Thanks....Kristina
