[LM_NET] TAR: Policy "Smoked"

I am in a small school (but getting larger).? This year there were a significant 
number of new staff.? The staff in general, not just the new members,?has been?lax 
in returning materials.? After reading the missives about poor responses from staff 
regarding returns I am asking for your help. Could you possibly forward to me your 
policies?
