Hello - I am in the midst of weeding and updating my collection, but have a question for all of you veterans out there. My dictionaries are from the late '60s/early '70s. I currently have several of them for each language. Do I buy just one new copy now that most students are turning to the internet for their definitions? Is it a waste of money to purchase several new copies of each when it is most likely that few students will be using them? Or am I supposed to be fighting the trend to use the internet for definitions (which I don't currently do)? Please let me know your current practice and what you keep in the reference collection. Thanks!
