Thanks for those who took the time to respond. Apparently this is a problem which
has occurred before. The teacher said that they were able to access the glogs the
next time they logged in, but she was very relieved to know that it was not just
her.

Original post:

I've introduced a teacher to glogster and it has been fraught with problems.
She signed up as an educator and used the autogenerated student accounts. But
we've had problems with one student's glog turning up on another student's
account, and one student's glogs have repeatedly disappeared. Has anyone else
had these kind of problems? Were you able to recover the glogs?

Any help would be appreciated.
Responses:

Yes, we had problems last year. My students would save their work in school
and by the time they got home their work had disappeared. I e-mailed the
glogster folks and never received a reply. It's a great resource and a lot
of fun and I was hoping that the bug would have been repaired by now, but
apparently not. Very frustrating!

I use Glogster all of the time with my teachers. We have an education account.
Make certain that when you begin that you use "login" in the upper right hand
corner and then use your username and password that were provided to you by
glogster. Remember once you have logged on after that first time that your saved
glog will be at the very bottom of the page so scroll all the way down. I have
kids save to school and then the private listing. Let me know if you need more
help.
