[LM_NET] Alexandria search problem

We use Alexandria 5.5.3.4. This is our first experience with Alexandria
and we are not very happy with the Study Program search. When we search
for AR books, it will pull up books that were not in the search range. For
example, when searching on 3.9 - 4.3, it would also pull up books that
were 3.0. Is anyone else having this problem? Tech support doesn't
acknowledge that this problem exists. If you've noticed this, please
complain. If you've fixed it, please tell me how.
