[LM_NET] Recipe: Pierogie Pie

This is a really excellent and easy way to have the taste of pierogies.

1 box of cooked macaroni (elbows)
9-10 servings of Instant mashed potatoes (prepared according to box directions)
1 lb. white American Cheese (shredded or chopped)
1 stick of butter
1 medium onion

Grease pan, layer bottom of pan with cooked macaroni
Cover with mashed potatoes
Layer with cheese
Layer with sautéed onions with butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 5-10 minutes longer.
