[LM_NET] TAR: Kindle Circulation Policy and Procedures

My school has recently purchased several Kindles and we would like to  
develop a policy and set of procedures for their use. I am aware of  
the problems with downloading books to the Kindle by users (you can  
not "shut-off" this capability) and the cost of the DX model which was  
purchased.

Does anyone currently circulate Kindles from their library and have a  
policy and/or a set of procedures which they would be willing to share?
