[LM_NET] Recipe: Easy Broccoli Cheese Soup

Dad's Broccoli Cheese soup recipe

 

1 (10 0z) pkg frozen broccoli

2 (14.5 oz) cans chicken broth

1 onion chopped

3/4 stick butter or margarine

1/2 cup flour

1 (12oz) can evaporated milk

2 cups milk

1 tsp paprika

3/4 pound Velveeta grated or thinly sliced

Salt & pepper to taste

 

Cook broccoli in chicken broth for 15 minutes.  Saute onion in butter
until

tender.  Add flour and stir while adding milks.  Cook until thick.  Add
to

broccoli.  Add paprika and cheese.  Stir until cheese melts.  Add salt
and

pepper to taste.

 

 

This is so good & SO easy!
