[LM_NET] RECIPE: Olive Salad

Zesty Olive Salad


*       1 lb. large green olives stuffed with pimentos
*       3 garlic cloves - crushed 
*       1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
*       1/2 tsp. dried oregano 
*       1/8 cup red wine vinegar
*       1/4 cup olive oil
*       2 celery stalks, chopped

In bowl, combine all ingredients except olives.  with meat mallet give
olives a whack to split well.  Add to mixture and mix thoroughly.  Let
mixture sit AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 1-4 HOURS.  Refrigerate after that!
