One of our parents brought this in on faculty appreciation day, and we all loved
it. The recipe was from her grandmother, so it's been enjoyed for years.
Apple Walnut Cake
4 cups apples (shopped)
2 cups sugar
Mix together:
2 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
2 tsp. vanilla
Beat Together:
2 cups flour (sifted)
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinammon
1 cup nuts, chopped
Mix together by hand, and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in greased and floured
bundt pan. Let cool for 15 minutes. Loosen sides and take out of pan. Enjoy!
