Tex-Mex Fantasy Dip1st Layer:2 cans refried beans(Spread on bottom of long pyrex 
dish)2nd Layer:2 medium avocados1 tbsp. lemon juicesalt & pepper to tasteCombine & 
spread over beans3rd Layer:1 c. sour cream1/2 c. mayo1/2 to 1 pkg. taco seasoning 
mixCombine and spread over avocado layer.  This layer gets stronger in flavor as 
it sits.4th Layer:1 c. green onion tops and bottoms chopped fine5th layer:1 can 
sliced back olives6th layer:2 or 3 medium tomatoes diced7th layer:Cover with 
cheddar cheese or Tex-Mex cheese blend.Serve with tortilla chips.Beth Davis
