[LM_NET] Barbara Dooley's Mexian Casserole

This is a recipe from the wife of former UGA football coach and athletic director, 
Vince Dooley.  I saw Barbara make this on one of our Atlanta morning talk shows.

Barbara Dooley's Mexican Casserole

Mexican Casserole
12 flour tortillas
1/2 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 onion, chopped
chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper
1 can black beans, drained
Velveeta cheese slices
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
Butter 9" x 13" pan. Line the pan with 6 tortillas. Brown ground beef with chopped 
onion, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Layer ground beef over tortillas. Top with 1 can black beans.
Add sliced Velveeta cheese.
Cover with 6 remaining tortillas
Combine 1 can Rotel tomatoes and 1 can cream of chicken soup. Add mixture to top of 
casserole.
Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 300^
