[LM_NET] RECIPE: Tortilla Rollups

Tortilla Roll-ups

1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
1/2 c. each of assorted chopped vegetables ( I use green onions, ripe olives, 
carrots, red pepper and celery)
Mix cream cheese, mayo and dressing mix.  Spread on tortillas and cover with 
vegetables.  Roll up tortillas and refrigerate for at least 1 hr.   Cut into rounds 
and serve.

Word of caution:  If you are using olives or tomatoes, make sure they are dried on 
paper towels or the roll-ups will get soggy.
