[LM_NET] RECIPE: Curried Butternut squash 'n apples

This recipe is not an exact science, so feel free to vary things up to meet
your preferences! It will be on our Thanksgiving table next week.

Curried Butternut Squash
(Roughly adapted from this ³recipe²

Cubed butternut squash
Cubed apples
Coarsely chopped onions
Drizzle of oil, just enough to barely coat veggies
Pinch of curry powder
Salt & pepper to taste

(Approximately 1/2 of the mixture is squash, 1/4 of apples, 1/4 of onions)
Mix all ingredients together and put into a large baking dish. Bake at 350F
for about an hour, stirring a couple times, until squash is soft. Equally
delicious hot or room-temperature!

Norma¹s version uses brown sugar and cinnamon (no pepper) instead of curry.
