[LM_NET] Recipe: Oven Smoked Brisket

This is a family favorite.  If you can't buy Woody's Cook-in BBQ concentrate here 
is a website to order it from.  It gives it a smoked flavor and is not sweet.

Brisket with Woody's


1 large Beef Brisket ( 11 lbs.)
               medium    ( 5lbs.)
1 jar Woody's Cook-in Sauce BBQ


Line pan with foil enough to seal.  Fat side of brisket up.

Pour entire jar of Woody's over the brisket.  Use ½ of a jar if a medium brisket.
Rub all over.  Seal in foil tightly.


Bake at 275 for 7 hours.  Medium - 5 hours
