[LM_NET] The best pecan pie EVER

The secret to a great pecan pie is to just brown the butter called for in 
the recipe slowly on top of the stove until lightly browned, stirring 
constantly and keeping a good eye on it.   Cool some and add to rest of 
ingredients.  This really does make a difference in a good pecan pie.
