[LM_NET] RECIPE: Corn Casserole

CORN CASSEROLE

 

1 can 15 oz. whole kernel corn, drained

1 can 15 oz. creamed style corn

1 stick butter/margarine

1 cup sour cream

Jiffy corn muffin mix

 

350 degrees

Melt butter in large casserole dish.  Add everything together, mix well.
Bake 50-60 minutes in uncovered shallow pan.  


This takes minutes to put together, it reheats pretty well, too.
