[LM_NET] HIT: Destiny Quest as catalog of choice for student login

Hi

In Back Office, go to Access Levels==>Patron==>  Click on Destiny Quest as default. 
 This is also where you turn on/off home tab.  Be sure to save it.  You will have 
to do this on each user category.  Patron, Library Administrator, etc. for those 
you want to have it automatically to Destiny Quest.
