Polar Express time is here which of course has a train in the story. Has anyone created unit/lesson ( S) combining both trains and THE POLAR EXPRESS book? If so, would you mind sharing them. My target grade levels is preK-3. I am sure there are loads of ideas on trains and the book on the internet and lm net archives, but I am looking to merge both ---stories, lessons, oral expression: poems & rhymes, movement etc. (especially for 45 minute pre-k!!! ). I will post a hit if I get replies pertaining to my request. Thanks, Robert Joyce, M.S.
