[LM_NET] Selection Policy

Greetings,

I have been looking at my selection policy and have come to realize that it is not 
what it should be.  So I am going to rewrite it, but I don't really know what one 
should look like.  Is there anyone out there that would be willing to share so I 
can get a better idea?  Anything would be much appreciated.
