[LM_NET] TAR: seeking book club questions

 I am working on getting some 'book club book tubs' ready to circulate in
our library.  Each tub consists of 6-10 books, a discussion guide, and a
check out sheet.   One person will check the tub out, and they can get
together with their book club and each book club member can check out a book
on the check out sheet.  I have put together about 35 of these in the past
year.  I need some discussion questions for the following books........

The Declaration by Gemma Malley
Magic or Madness by Justine Larbalestier
Bloody Jack by L.A. Meyer
Seeker by William Nicholson
East of the Mountains by David Guterson
Sledding Hill by Chris Crutcher
Into the Wild by Sarah Durst
Frenemies by Alexa Young
