Those who have any difficulty ordering might contact Marlene Woo-Lun, 
Publisher with Linworth/Libraries Unlimited  (ABC-CLIO).  I'm sure 
they are still tweaking procedures but they have always been good 
with customer service and Marlene will be a good liaison if you have
