[LM_NET] Target: high fantasy for high schools?

I am in need of help...I'm stuck in a rut.  Can anyone recommend some
good high fantasy titles for young adults?  I'm specifically looking for
copyright dates 2005-present.  
High fantasy involves elves, trolls, magicians and/or wizards, quests
and they battle against evil forces.  
Examples:  
Hobbit
Shannara Series
Harry Potter
Alchemyst series
Bartimaeus trilogy
 
I need to read some current ones to "fill in the gaps".  I already have
the Tithe series, but am looking for more guy materials.  I'll post a
compilation
