[LM_NET] LOC tweets

I have to question why the LOC is archiving all the tweets. We are 
laying off librarians all over the country, in schools, and public 
libraries. We are closing libraries. Why is money being spent 
archiving tweets? Let's spend that money on jobs and libraries.
