[LM_NET] OT: Bolingbrook, IL?

Hi all
My niece is attending an ice hockey event in Bolingbrook IL this  
summer.  Can anyone shed any light on this suburb of Chicago?  are  
there hotels/restaurants. train service to Chicago, what to do, etc.   
We go to Chicago yearly, but I am totally unfamiliar with this area--
