[LM_NET] GEN: LSTA funds

Hello,
Does anyone know if LSTA grants are ever given to students who are trying to get a 
Master's in Education with School Library concentration or are they only given for 
an MLIS/MLS? If someone has received a LSTA grant for a degree that is not MLIS, 
would you please contact me?
