Good Afternoon,

 

I am looking for a movie I saw on TV a few years back.  It was an older
movie about a hydroelectric dam.   The engineer who designed the dam
realized it was not build to his specifications.   He and his son try
and shut the dam down before it burst and  ultimately save the town.
Any ideas?
