Well our district tech figured out the problem. Our Domain Name ( lhswolves.org) is registered through Domain Discover. When I renewed before Christmas the setting got changed from redirect to frame forward. That meant that each click in Destiny was going out through the firewall to Domain Discover's server and back in through the firewall to our Destiny server. Apparently that caused enough disruption in communication to bounces us out of the server. When I reset the domain to forward lhswolves.org to the Destiny server's address the problem went away. Thanks to everyone who responded with suggestions.
