Join internationally-beloved children’s book authors Mary Pope Osborne and 
Natalie Pope Boyce for an afternoon celebration of the 43rd book in the popular 
Magic Tree Houseseries, Leprechaun in Late Winter. Set in Ireland in the early 
1900s, the book follows Jack and Annie as they meet an Irish girl and go on a 
magical adventure that changes the girl’s life—she grows up to be Lady Gregory, 
who helped to revive interest in the Irish legends, started a theater, and 
helped the Irish people regain both their heritage and their pride.
That style, simple and direct, is at work in the “Magic Tree House” books;
