Lazy Cheezecake Salad

 

1 pkg. Cream cheese, softened

1 - 8 oz, or larger, carton Cool-whip, or 1 pkg. Dream Whip mixed according
to directions

1 - 8 oz carton of sour cream

1 small pkg. Instant French Vanilla, or cheesecake, pudding

¼ to ½ cup milk

1 can of pie filling

 

With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth.  Add Cool-whip, sour
cream, and pudding. Gradually add milk.   Mix together until well blended.
Top with pie filling.  Chill and serve.

 

Notes:  Using a larger container of Cool-whip will make the desert lighter.
I do  use regular cream cheese, but use reduced fat ingredients for
Cool-whip, sour cream, and milk.
