[LM_NET] TAR: title of chapter book about wolf

Hello all,

A personal plea to the list:  my 10-year-old stepdaughter is moving in with
us and has somehow lost a favorite book in the shuffle.  She describes it as
being about "Kevin the wolf" and having a blue-lettered title and picture of
a wolf on a mountain on the cover.

She is a big fan of Gary Paulsen and Jean Craighead George, so it is
probably something in that vein--though not necessarily by either of these
two.    If you have any thoughts on what this mystery book might be, please
let me know.
