Greetings!

YALSA and ALA's Public Information Office are looking for examples of
programs you plan to host as part of your Teen Read Week celebration,
Oct. 17-23, for potential publicity use. If you would like to have your
library's special event, program, or activity considered for inclusion,
please do one of the following:

1) List it at YALSA's Teen Read Week wiki,
http://bit.ly/trw10events. You need to have an account to list your
event here but registration is free and takes less than five minutes.

2) Email your examples to Jennifer Petersen at jpetersen@ala.org,
with the subject line "Teen Read Week 2010 Programming."

If you're still plotting your Teen Read Week plans, visit the Teen Read
Week website at www.ala.org/teenread, where you'll find program ideas,
planning resources (including professional materials), publicity tools,
products and more.

Register (it's free!) and you'll receive access to the Teen Read Week
theme logo, Books with Beat @ your library, and be entered into drawings
to win books from VIZ Media, Carolrhoda Labs, and Cinco Puntos Press.

Feel free to contact me with any questions! Thank you for all you do to
encourage teens to read for the fun of it!

-Stevie
