I am not Laura, but am interested in your templates and rubric examples. I am
starting to work in a K-8 library after years in a middle school setting.
I use the North Carolina IMPACT model for curriculum and assessment tools right
now, but am always looking for new ideas.

Would you mind sharing your links with me on these topics?

Thanking you in advance for your consideration of this request,

Hi Laura,
May I suugest that you develop some template tools for teachers to uswith the
curriculum to get the kids started and to provide structure. Then base your rubrics
on these. If you would like some examples please email me.

Greetings!

And welcome back for those of you who are also starting their new school year! My
PreK-3 through 12th grade school is implementing a shiny-new information literacy
curriculum, and in the interest of actually getting teachers to implement it, I've
been trying to develop a few associated tools. I'd like to give the teachers a
uniform assessment rubric (I'll make a few versions for groups of grade levels)
that they can then pull from to plug in to their own rubrics, perhaps with an
additional notation regarding the specific skills that were the focus. My searches
of the archives and the internet have turned up a number of college-level rubrics,
but nothing at an elementary or secondary level, or at least nothing I could
access. Does anyone have anything like this that they would be willing to share? I
do so hate re-inventing the wheel!

Many thanks,
