Hello!! I'm getting ready to start back to school soon and wanted to do something a little different this year. I was told last year they were thinking about cutting my position, but I was saved for another year. I wanted to try and do center activities in the library. I tried it last year and the students seemed to really enjoy it, but I had difficulty keeping track of the rotation and who has completed what. The classes are on a 3 day rotation, and some students finish more quickly than others. This year I would like to try it for grades 1-5 instead of just for grades 4-5. Any ideas you could give me for centers and/or books I could buy that give me ideas would be appreciated. I am trying to save my job and want to have the kids learning/on task as much as possible. Thanks in advance.
