[LM_NET] Smart Response System

Colleagues:

    My district has recently purchased several sets of Smart Response System 
"Clickers".  A few teachers have been trained in their uses at my school-as have I.
    When they have gone to implement the clickers, there have been a number of 
issues.  Some teachers have created quiz files at home and been unable to load them 
for use here at school.  At times the base that connects the computer with the 
clickers has been unable to recognize the classes teachers have created.  Has 
anyone else had these concerns?  Any advice you could provide would be greatly 
appreciated.
