[LM_NET] job description for district librarian needed

I need a job description for my job!  I'm the district librarian for Huntington 
ISD.  I cover 4 facilities with a library clerk in each location.  The Supt. has 
changed my job to a position that reports to him, but we really don't have any kind 
of job description.  Previously the principal might try to evaluate me, but that 
doesn't work well.   

We are a small rural district(bottom of the 3A group). The facilities are all in 
different locations, so I can't just walk across the street.  We hope this 
description will also help the principals understand that I cannot be on their 
campus every day.  I understand their frustration, but can't do much about it 
except communicate constantly by phone and email.   We do have a technology 
director, so I'm not in charge of that. 
I've located job descriptions from large urban districts, but they really don't fit 
my job.
