Good Evening All!! I agreed to present at a workshop at my state's library conference. As time as passed, I realized I'm WAY in over my head. I'm feeling the crunch of the deadline. I've got the "meat and potatoes" of my presentation, that worked out great for me. On the other hand I feel my presentation is kinda "blah". I need the "dessert" part. I know all of you out there have attended workshops or classes or presentations that you have had fun and enjoyed the time. I'm looking for some quick tricks/pick me ups/intros/teasers that I can mix into my presentation at the first, middle and end. I'm going to have gift bags giveaway at the end. What can I do/say to make it fun for the librarian out in the chairs? Jazzing up things is not my forte. I am really worried. I don't want the attendees to feel they have wasted their time and money. Thank you for any advice.
