Scroll down to the March 4, 2009 Post: "Think Green."  I pulled environmental books 
(or books with green covers), and went for the rain forest look. The snake 
surrounding the sign was made out of packing material. Click on the middle picture 
for a closer look.

Subject: TARGET: St. Patrick's Display

Dear Wise Ones,
 
I am working on a HS display involving St. Patrick's decorations.  We don't really 
have much on Ireland or Irish traditions, so I was going to go a different route.  
I thought I might do "Going Green...." but then I realized that no matter how cute 
the display, not many of my students would pick up a book about the environment for 
leisure reading.  Any ideas?
