[LM_NET] Do you know this book?

One of my parents is trying to locate a book she used to read to her daughter when 
they lived in Italy.  She thought the name was Night of the Moon Jellies, but we 
cannot find a copy anywhere.  
 
Basically, A boy goes out on a boat with a boater (Tyler or Taylor) at night to 
look for Moon Jellies and afterward he goes to a seafood shack to eat. She thinks 
it might be published in England.  Thanks in advanced.
