I received many, many comments from a lot of you with some great suggestions. The most suggested was that this should go to the Faculty Council for them to decide. This is what I did. I had the student write a letter to the council and they voted today 5-0 to remove her form NHS. Now my question to you is this. Do any of you have sample letters of dismissal? This is my first dismissal and I would like to see examples if anyone has one. Thanks so much for your help!
