[LM_NET] Gen: American Center for Educators?

Good Morning,
My library associate was interested in taking an online course entitled  
Teaching Tech Savvy Students: Embracing the Digital Classroom from the  
American Center for Educators at the National Constitution Center based in 
Malvern, PA.  
 
The original email states that this was established by Congress. I am  not 
familiar with this and I was wondering if any of you have taken a course  
from them?
