[LM_NET] Debatabase?

Hi everyone -
 
One of my favorite debate topic websites, Debatabase (aka IDEA) has been  
down for several days, although the opening message continues to say check 
back  later today.  Does anyone know if there's a possiblity it won't be  
back?  And more importantly, would you all please recommend other favorite  
(free) debate topic (pros/cons) websites?  I'm using ProCon.org, but could  use 
more ideas.
