[LM_NET] Fair use of Video

Good Morning.
I have a teacher that is doing a project with students and was wondering if
they could use a portion of a news video from CNN or another news station in
their video. They are doing a video on the effects of pollution, (hence ,
wanting to use a current event) I told him I did not think so, but I am
checking to see if
anyone from this wonderful group has any other ideas. It is for a
educational video district contest.
