[LM_NET] TARGET: Digital Cameras

Looking for a quality point-and-shoot digital camera with the following
specs:
 
quick response time
at least 4x optical zoom
good battery life--preferably lithium, not AA
video clip capability
preferably w/ optical viewfinder
good quality pics, image stabilization preferred
price point under $200; the lower the better
 
Don't care about size, weight, or style at all! Don't need lots of manual
options. Simple is good.
 
Suggestions? Warnings?
